For nearly a decade, I led the digital strategy of my own restaurant, building the brand identity from the ground up, managing social media, and creating marketing campaigns focused on driving results. As the business grew, I specialized in community management, significantly increasing reach, engagement, and customer loyalty. This experience provided me with a practical and strategic understanding of consumer behavior in the HORECA sector, as well as key skills in content design, analytics, and direct customer support.
2006-2009
Graphic Design Assistant
Between 2006 and 2009, I worked as a graphic design assistant in the marketing department of Rommanel Ecuador in Guayaquil. There, I developed key design skills using tools like Photoshop and Illustrator. Years later, in 2024, they reached out again and hired me as a freelance web designer to create their new online store from Valencia—a great reminder of how early experiences can open doors down the line.
