I implemented a user-friendly online booking system to facilitate appointment scheduling directly through the website. Additionally, I designed a clean, easy-to-navigate product catalog featuring hair care products, integrated a full shopping cart system, and configured secure payment options. The team was also trained to manage and update the catalog and appointments as needed.
