Service Contract

1. PURPOSE OF THE AGREEMENT

This agreement covers the service named “Total Visibility 99€”, which includes:

  • Design and development of a personalized website (informational, blog, or online store).

  • Social media management (up to 3 posts per week on Instagram and/or Facebook).

  • Domain registration and web hosting (if managed by the provider).

  • Monthly activity report for social media.

  • Basic support and technical maintenance.

2. DURATION AND RENEWAL

This is a monthly renewable contract with no long-term commitment.
The client may cancel the service at any time by providing 15 calendar days’ notice in writing (email or WhatsApp).

3. PROVIDER’S OBLIGATIONS

The provider agrees to:

  • Develop the website within 15 to 20 business days from receipt of the necessary materials from the client.

  • Create and publish content on social media as agreed.

  • Provide a monthly report on social media performance.

  • Offer basic technical support and address reasonable issues in a timely manner.

4. CLIENT’S OBLIGATIONS

The client agrees to:

  • Deliver the necessary materials (texts, images, logos, credentials) clearly and on time.

  • Pay the monthly fee of €99 via bank transfer or direct debit.

  • Communicate any cancellation decision at least 15 days in advance.

5. OWNERSHIP AND ACCESS

The client retains ownership of all content created for their website and social media.
The provider agrees not to use the client’s data or images without consent, except for portfolio or promotional purposes, always with prior notice.

6. CONFIDENTIALITY AND DATA PROTECTION

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of shared information and to comply with applicable data protection laws (EU Regulation 2016/679).

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

The provider shall not be held liable for interruptions or errors caused by third-party services such as external servers, social media platforms, outages, or actions beyond their control.

8. TERMINATION

This agreement may be terminated:

  • By the client, with 15 days’ prior notice.

  • Due to serious breach by either party.

  • By mutual agreement.

9. JURISDICTION

For the resolution of any dispute, both parties submit to the courts of the city of Valencia.
